  I have two pairs of boots that I thought I was going to have to throw away. On one pair, the soles were separating from the uppers and on the other the heels were completely gone. Merlin's fixed both pairs for much less than it would have cost to replace the boots. They were fast, courteous, and the repairs have held up perfectly for the last several weeks. I definitely recommend this shop if you have shoes that you're not willing to part with!
