Told me that my glasses have been sent back to a storage place due to lack of storage as because of the storms couldn’t make my appointment to pick them up until the roads where clear to get through . So I was going to get there late afternoon. Why I need an appointment to just literally have my glass handed over a counter is rediculous . After spending nearly 200 pound. Shocking . Won’t be going there again . And as for lack of storage . How big are my glasses ?
