  I ordered a bike through Summit Cycles and had it fitted by Jim. Having been an avid cyclist for years I have spent too much money on new bikes, titanium parts and carbon fibre. Without doubt the best money I have ever spent was on the bike fit. Jim discussed what I wanted from the fit, I was after an efficient riding position for long stints in the saddle but had a knee and lower leg issue from previous riding injuries. Jim suggested a number of adjustments on my new bike and even fitted new insoles to my shoes to help get my knee correctly aligned. I was so impressed with the instant results my partner also had a bike fit. All the information from the fit was forwarded on to me so I can always make sure my bike is perfectly fitted. Jim kindly offered to take a look at my position in the months following to see if any further adjustments could be made. I cannot recommend this service enough. Done after normal shop hours no one was walking round shopping and I even tried a new saddle as part of the fit. I have ridden over 1500 miles on my new bike and honestly don't know how I put up with my old set up for so long.
